Just run it at its native resolution, if the something you find is to small to read/see you can always zoom in or of course change the font : )

The first thing you need to confirm is that the logo is indeed in vector form when you open it in Illustrator and not just a bounding box indicating pixel-based art.
Toggle the keyboard shortcut Command + Y or go to the pulldown menu View > Outline (or alternatively Preview) to view your art in both modes.
If you have actual vector art, then check the following...
• Pulldown menu Window > Layers - are there any locked layers?
• Pulldown menu Object - is Unlock All in black? That would indicate an object has been locked.
Those would be two things to check.

Happy New Year, MR.
I'm making a new start and would like to pursue a passion of mine that's been put on the burner for some time now which is music production. Is there a relatively cheap intermediate level USB keyboard that I can get to learn programming music on? I don't want one of those 108 keys that span across my desk but more a mini one. I'm into progressive/deep house music.

Sorry to yell, but I built macthemesforums.net (http://macthemesforums.net) with phpbb and we all have been regretting it since about 3 months after the site launched. Security holes were the first major issue that we encountered... and now we have incredibly slow loading times and it is very hard to upgrade the software since we have made so many hacks to the default installation.
If you want lightweight and super fast, try PunBB (http://punbb.org).
If you want a powerful board with good support, use vBulleting or Invision Powerboard.

My apologies for being vague, but I too are not sure about your setup as well. So bare with the directions.
Open WireTap, select preferences;
File saving setting: select the desktop.
Recording file settings: QuickTime Player
Sound Compression settings: None, 44.1kHz, 16bit, stereo.
This should set up your files for import.
Open iTunes. Select add to library and add all your desired files. Make a new playlist. Add all the newly imported files and burn.
*Make sure your discs are compatible. Make sure your time length doesn't exceed the capacity of the disc. If this stuff doesn't work, read everything possible to broaden your computer skills. That's what I do. Cheers! Bmode.

Really? We still use it (just for fun). There's some neat programs on it, etc. The printer still works, too. :)

I don't mean to sound rude, but the problem isn't that OSX doesn't allow control, the problem is that you're not a knowledgeable user. There is no way to get Windows to run at full speed (or even decent speed) on a Mac, and there is no reason to use Apple hardware if you aren't paying the extra money for OSX.

I feel like apple should have let the people who actually got to preorder pick up today, to lower the crowds. Also the people who have reserved phones that are camping are morons. Your gettig it as long as you show up, why waste a whole night up? The answer to play with it all day makes no sense because most of us already have os4 and in reality once you play with FaceTime and the new camera it's not that different.

Apologies, the site is my own and is written in ASP. so no blogging etc, essentially something that will allow me to edit HTML page but with the ability to FTP download and reupload
As posted above, ASP (Active Server Pages) is a dynamic content system written by Microsoft. Visual Studio is the way to edit those pages. That being said, there may be some HTML that you can manipulate in the files but it will be very little. You best bet is to dual boot your Mac with bootcamp and use Windows and VisualStudio.

I've frequently seen this when the plug is not fully inserted into the jack. It can take a fair amount of pressure to overcome that last detent in the jack.

2. Scroll down until you see "iPhone / iPod touch / iPad"
3. Click the drop down menu and look for "iPod Touch __G 3.1.2 7D11" *
4. Download the file and save it somewhere you remember
5. Open iTunes and plug in your iPod Touch normally.
6. Go into the iPod summary page and look for the "Restore button"
7. While holding the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, click the "Restore" button
8. A window will pop up asking to locate the .ipa (The file you downloaded)
9. Select it and open it. It will now downgrade.
10. Congrats you are now on the faster 3.1.2!
*Fill the blank with the generation number.
If you have a flat back, then it's the first generation (1G)
If you have a curved back, and MB model number, it's the second generation (2G)
If you have a curved back and MC model number, it's the third generation (3G)
All 3.1.2 firmwares will be 7D11.

But does doing that make your iPhone SIM no longer work in your iPhone? I just want to be able to use my iPhone SIM in the iPad as I please so I don't have to tether using MyWi all the time. (This is for an iPad 2 by the way.)
I don't think that's possible anymore.
MyWi with on demand is very convenient and does not use that much battery.

I have to choose between the Melkco special edition flip case and the Snap! clip-on Shinnorie leather case.
A few questions about the Melkco case:
- How's the lateral protection? Are the sides only made of leather or is there some absorbing material?
- Is the leather thick enough on the top and on the back to absorb bumps?
- Does the magnetic clip have an effect on some phone functions of the phone (compass, etc.)?
- I'm trying to figure out the "Design" part in your Pros part. How does it snap when you fold back the flip? Can you post a picture?
- When the flip is folded back, does the clip "get in the way" when you hold the phone?
- Have you experienced flash bleed?
- When you want to use the iPhone with peripherals, is it easy to remove the phone from the case?
- Have you experienced issues when you plugged cables or components in the docking port?

A way to get 'around' the issue of the USB apple keyboards not working - buy a crappy, $10 PS/2 keyboard and plug that in. Put it behind your mac or somewhere unnoticable... then plug the USB keyboard into a USB slot and it should work...
That is if you get a PS/2 KVM which also has 2 USB ports...

It seems that every winter the Graphic's Labs in the Art building are very cold, especially with G5's. And in the Summer the room is uncomfortably hot.
But that is nothing compared to the fact that the photography darkroom is right above the G5 lab and a few years ago there was a leak from the pips. So, some genius decided to use some pipes and just divert the flow to the outside. You can still see the pipes used. Also, there is a very high pitched, ear ringing, sound emitted from the giant machinery hanging from the ceiling. At times even headphones can't block the noise.

Is this any different than being in the forum and seeing the icon that shows a new post since you've posted?
Well... that's part of it. In your User CP it collects all of your subscribed threads in one place. It also displays the icon in Forum Spy.
And I do understand the said feature is not available but it would be great to have something to the extent of simple Facebook notifications.
