Hello,
OK so today I went out with my father to take some images in the countyside, got home, looked on the PC, and there is dust spots in the image!
So I took a few more images of the sky (this seems to show up easily) and its still there.
I took my lens off, and had a look in and there is loads off dust, I tried using little brush to get some off the dirt off, but its still there.
I feel stupid about this, but, where is the sensor ? I can only see 2 mirrors, one I believe is the focus mirror.
I found another mirror behind another mirror and believe its the sensor but unsure.
I read that cleaning the mirrors has nothing to do with the output off the final image.

I too work for my wife. Example of work, doing laundry, taking kid to his day care, grocery , cleaning etc... The specific answers are below
1. Can "A" work for his wife and also get paid in check?
- I get nothing, why should you?.
2. Can "A" have a second job in his wife's company and retain his original job?
- Come on man, her majesty's service has to be your first job.
3. Can "A" have a different occupation anywhere else on EAD not related to his original job role? and then can "A" get paid in check?

To the original poster:
Since the MTR was already filed you can still extend the H-1B. However, if the MTR gets denied then no further H-1B visa extension is possible.
BTW - even the H-1B extension can be applied based on 'Labor Certification applied more than a year ago' criteria an I-140 denial will override the above benefit.

It is a mess.. The USCIS site says it will accept old versions of the forms (765 and 131), and they have clearly stated in their FAQs that applicants who were eligible to file under the July bulletin can file 765 and 131 using the previous versions of the forms and at old fees ($ 180 and $ 170). However, the previous versions of the forms are not available at the USCIS website.. I am filling up my forms today, and I had to dig up the old forms on Google. (Not that the new forms are any different in the information to be filled.. I just wanted to make sure the checks and mailing addresses are correct as per the old forms). Anyway, even in the old forms, for I-765, it says, if say you are from PA, send the forms to TX. In the 485 form (previous version), it says if you are EB, mail it to NE. Switch back (OK, now we are confused) back to I-765 and somewhere at the bottom, it says, in effect "Dash it all! If you've already filed I-485, just send the form to the service center to which you sent your I-485!"
So I'm planning to send it to NE service center tomorrow.. If it is all a big mistake, I'm hoping someone will let me know before tomorrow afternoon..

Looks like USCIS is fine when a person with valid H1/L1 petition can enter the US using AP and continue to maintain H1/L1 status provided the person continues to work for the same employer.
Below is some of the the 'USCIS Guidance on H-1 / L-1, EAD and Advance Parole' that I got from murthy.com

Hello All,
I just got my EAD approved and I am waiting for my AP. I want to go back to school full time to pursue more education. If I do so, what will happen to my immigration status?
Can I continue on my EAD? If yes, How?
If I transfer to F-1, what will happen to my PD, EAD and AP?
After completion of studies, can I utilize my PD or EAD?
Please advice!
I presume you can continue your studies using your EAD. Yes you could utilize that EAD after your studies too. And at any given point of time one can have only one Staus. U need to Say the last entry because H1B visa will tell you the stamping city. SO u can go ahead and tell them the port of entry u came to USA after H1B stamp, since u will be sending a copy of ur passport and they will see ur Canada visa and also the H1 visa with Canada as the date of issuance and that will be in the USCIS database, because they verify before they issue the H1 visa.

Hi!
One of my friends H1 was denied recently for not having Masters.
Whats interesting is that she has already cleared NY state licensing exam and holds valid new york physical therapist license. NY does not require physical therapists to have masters.
Since NY already verified her qualifications before awarding her license and one would assume USCIS would take that into consideration ...apperently not!
I guess only option at this point to appeal and go back to school and get Masters!

my lawyer said that if anyone uses EAD to work or planning to use EAD soon (not H1B) then it is better to apply for EAD renewal before 6 months of current one expires. If you are in H1B not planning to use EAD even in future then you can renew it 3-4 months before expiry.

Unless you go in person to the consualte, you are not going to be able to speak to anyone. Moreover with suacha tight time constraint, you should have made a visit to the embassy and should have used your US address, which is what they ask you do at the DC Embassy.
I am sorry, I cant help you with any personal contacts, but advice you go there in person to get your issue resolved.

From view source it is difficult to find whether it is manually or automatically updated. But from this site it is easier to identify becos the person who updated this did leave a mark. The previous image is commented out and the new one is inserted. So this is manual update. Everymonth someone will go to this page and update it.
