Is PERM filed online only or it can be filed by snail mail as well ?
If is filed online, does the attorney get the receipt number immediately ?
If it is filed by snail mail, how long does it take for the attorney to get the receipt number ?

My 485 is pending, so I think I won't be totally out of status..
Any suggestion on how we can approch sending the approved LCA later and ask USCIS to match it to the already submitted H1B petition?

Just fyi to be cautious.
There was a CBP Admission Review Squad at Washinton Dulles Airport on 11th evening. They sent all passengers from multiple flights to secondary check where they had to wait for over 4 hours. They were instances were people were not admitted or given just 1 month entry with specific instructions written on I94 that they cannot apply for EOS or AOS. This is for visiting Visa.

I have no US visa stamped in my passport and planning to fly Emirates to India via Dubai. I will use AP for re-entry. Do I need transit visa at Dubai like London and other European Airports? Response from anyone with experience will be appreciated. If already discussed here, guidance to particular forum will help.

I think this would be improved by cutting off the top part of the sky, where the blue is showing through and the clouds are burnt out. Try scrolling down in your browser just enough so that the top of the image isn't showing to try it out. :)

I think it is better. Your EAD and AP will be processed faster because they are in CSC and your I-485 is in TSC, which is better than NSC.

Can I file AC21 to change my employer to Company B and continue my I485 through to Company B?
You can invoke AC21 after 180 days, talk to your lawyer on how to inform USCIS.

I need to re-file my I-485 application which was rejected due to USCIS error (they could not find I-140).
Can anybody tell me what is the logic behind writing "DO NOT OPEN IN THE MAIL ROOM" on envelope while re-submitting I-485 appplication?
I will need to send to USCIS today. Please let me know ASAP.

There is 180 days rule for h1b without pay and also it is employers responsibility to pay when you are out of project. Also think about option of switching her back to h4.

Gurus, My place of birth is different in my passport than that of my birth certificate. I will have the place of birth changed in my passport. Could you pls tell me how difficult/messy is to have the uscis change the place of birth in my h1b petition based on my new passport. I am currently in my second year h1b. please throw light on any possible complications both serious and trifle. I dont have my h1b visa stamped yet. My GC process is going to start soon.
